The best part is that it is actually completely fragrance free. I am very sensitive to smells and this one does not have any smell at all (some fragrance free products still have a weird smell to them, not this one!). The first time I used it, I put too much on and it was greasy and sticky. I ended up rinsing my hands with water, towel drying, and my hands were perfectly soft and smooth. Wonderful product. Oh, and definitely buy the fragrance free version...my grandma used to use the scented version and it had a very strong, unpleasant smell. VS Most Liked Negative Review Mediocre in harsh winter. It's the best hand cream around, works miracles on dry cuticles, and also works well as a foot cream, especially on those cracked heels. A couple suggestions: a little goes a very long way. Start with a pea-sized dab and go from there. When you don't overdo, it's easily and cleanly absorbed into the skin. I also would agree with reviewers who dislike the scented version, which is a heavy, not-very-nice fragrance. The easy answer is to buy the unscented cream. You get all the best of the product and don't have to put up with the strong smell. Excellent, excellent product. Pros

So i thought this would be a good subsitute. Not so! It is greasy and heavy (not in a good way). I like to leave my lotion sitting by the computer to use on my hands. It leaves a very light coating over the hands and is concentrated so you only need to use a small amount. I share it with my daughter, who has allergies to most lotions due to their ingredients, she has had no problems with this lotion. I highly recommend it. Pros

This little tube contains a very very nice lotion. It feels a bit thick at first but it blends into the skin, and works very well to soothe dry skin and protect against further dryness.
