The best part is that it is actually completely fragrance free. I am very sensitive to smells and this one does not have any smell at all (some fragrance free products still have a weird smell to them, not this one!). The first time I used it, I put too much on and it was greasy and sticky. I ended up rinsing my hands with water, towel drying, and my hands were perfectly soft and smooth. Wonderful product. Oh, and definitely buy the fragrance free version...my grandma used to use the scented version and it had a very strong, unpleasant smell. VS Most Liked Negative Review Mediocre in harsh winter. I first used it on the recommendation of a dermatologist when I got severe eczema on one hand. It was the first and only time in my life I had eczema. It itched so badly that I couldn't stop scratching and it just got worse and worse. This cream took away the irritation so that I could stop scratching and my hand healed. But I have always had very dry, cracked hands in the winter. Now I don't, as long as I use the cream regularly. Some people think the cream feels too thick, but that feeling really goes away after a few minutes. Pros

I have to say, Neutrogena Norwegian Formula hand cream does a great job at half the cost of the competitors. I keep coming back to this formula. It can feel a bit greasy when first applying. But just give it 30 seconds to a minute to sink in, then your hands will feel soft without any greasiness. And you only need a tiny pea sized amount to effectively moisturize your hands. I feel like this hand cream stays on and provides a protective barrier without feeling greasy. It's a classic that just does better than the rest. Pros
