I really like this liner. There's no tugging; it glides on easily and I can get a fine line with it.
And the price is great too. I use the brown for a more natural look for daytime and the black at night.

I feel like I've tried every eyeliner on the market and was about to give up when I found this. This liner goes on easily and stays on. The sharpener and smudger built into the opposite end are really handy. If you've been looking for something natural-looking that goes on quicly and easily, this is for you.

This is the best eyeliner i have ever come across and it was totally by accident when i had a bogof offer and decided to try it because i was running low on my black eyeliner... well my eyes are very sensitive to eyeliners and i used to use revlon colorstay and even that made my eyes water but the neutrogena one does Not make my eyes water one bit! it's so great to finally be able to wear eyeliner that doesnt hurt my eyes and i can finally wear a smokey eye look and i am just so excited to have found this. I would highly recommend this one.

I'm not a fan of liquid liner. It just goes all over the place when I try to use it. This is inbetween the liquid and the regular pencil. It's soft and easy to spread.

The only draw back I have is it's a lil hard to get off with your regular face wash. You will definitely need some eye makeup remover to get it all off.
