I'm a BzzAgent and got to try this product for free as part of a Bzz kit. I have super greasy eyelids and have a problem finding pencil liners that don't just slide right off, so I was not expecting much from this one. Surprisingly, this one held up really well each time I've worn it, with very little running, sliding and smudging. I really like how well it stays put on my upper and lower waterlines without irritating my eyes. The only negative for me is that there isn't a plum/purple color but when I need a black liner I would likely buy this one.

I received this product to try as part of a Bzz Campaign for Neutrogena cosmetics and I loved it! I typically don't use eyeliners as much as pencils or powder because I have a frustrating time getting it to look how I want it to.

This glides on so smoothly! I have a hard time getting a straight line on my eyelid/skin but this liner really did glide on soooo easily. Other pros:

Lasted all day for me
Was easy to smudge for a smokey look
Easily removed with eye makeup remover
Cosmic Black color was good and didn't seem to fade throughout the day

For me it outperformed more expensive products that I own and have tried.

I have been using a similar product from Tarte that I buy from [@] but it's so much more expensive. I love that this one delivers the exact same effects for a third of the price! Every other drugstore eyeliner I've tried smudges and runs but this one actually stays put like it promises to!

I really like this liner. There's no tugging; it glides on easily and I can get a fine line with it.
And the price is great too. I use the brown for a more natural look for daytime and the black at night.

I feel like I've tried every eyeliner on the market and was about to give up when I found this. This liner goes on easily and stays on. The sharpener and smudger built into the opposite end are really handy. If you've been looking for something natural-looking that goes on quicly and easily, this is for you.

This is the best eyeliner i have ever come across and it was totally by accident when i had a bogof offer and decided to try it because i was running low on my black eyeliner... well my eyes are very sensitive to eyeliners and i used to use revlon colorstay and even that made my eyes water but the neutrogena one does Not make my eyes water one bit! it's so great to finally be able to wear eyeliner that doesnt hurt my eyes and i can finally wear a smokey eye look and i am just so excited to have found this. I would highly recommend this one.
