I tried this after my daughter decided not to use it. It doesn't dry out my skin and is great at preventing the occassional breakout! Absorbs quickly and isn't the least bit greasy. Highly recommend it!

This product is amazing with my skin. In the beginning I had to use it once every other day, but as my skin got used to it (and I switched my moisturizer), I now use it twice a day and it definitely makes a difference.

It smells so fresh and leaves my skin moisturized and clean feeling.

I'm already on my second bottle!

I have had problems with my skin for years and the acne scars to show for it. I have tried pretty much everything from ProActive (hate it) to philosophy On a Clear Day to PDT laser treatments. The ProActive stuff ruined all my towels and pillow cases (benzoyl peroxide) but didn't work. I'm a philosophy fan but On a Clear Day wasn't effective. PDT worked for a while but cost a fortune. Started using the Acne Stress Control 2 mos. ago and can see a real difference. I've stopped breaking out and my pores seem smaller. Maybe it's the 2% salicylic acid (most acne products, even Murad, only have .5%)that did the trick. All I know is that it works, it's pleasant to use and it's even much less expensive than all the other stuff I've bought over the years that didn't work. I'm sticking with it and hope Neutrogena keeps making it because it's a great and fairly priced product.

I LOVE this face wash. I am early 20s with oily skin and occasional breakouts. But if I use this it keeps my skin totally clear! It smells fantastic and doesn't dry out skin like many other acne washes I have tried. I've actually used several of Neutrogena's face washes (including some other micro clear formulas) and I think this one works the best.

I started using this the second I received it in the mail, immediately I saw results. I have really oily skin, my gf and I both consider ourselves "oily b****es" but she uses mineral makeup so that helps her. I don't like make up and this has prevented me from taking the plunge that I was *really* close to doing. I would say if you have adult acne especially to give this a try. Only set back is that if you use it with other products with acne fighting ingredients you have to be SURE you are using at least a moderately hydrating serum or moisturizer which I do anyways but its so worth it. just a thin layer after washing and I follow up with an anti-aging serum and moisturizer with SPF. after only a week I am seeing a total turn around with my skin. TRY THIS!

It is very soothing on my skin and doesn't clog my pores but it doesn't seem to help that much with getting rid of the acne. Still like it and use it though.

This is a light, skin-softening gel good for normal to slightly dry skin. The primary "softening" ingredient is dimethicone, a silicone-type substance that should send off loud alarm bells and flashing red lights to anyone who suffers from chronic acne. I can't imagine what sort of acne-prone skin the creators of this moisturizer had in mind. Additionally, it is not actually moisturizing. It does not "rub in" to the skin; it stays on the skin's surface, creating soft-feeling skin without really relieving dry skin. (In fact, it can actually sting chapped skin painfully.) That's the difference between a "softening" product and a "moisturizing" product. Some hail this type of product as a breakthrough with "state of the art" ingredients. This sort of state of the art product is simply disastrous for chronic acne sufferers.

I use this with Neutrogena's blackehad clearing scrub. Between the two, my face is so soft and clear it is unbelieveable. Love it! Light cucumber scent, not drying at all. I use a tiny bit of moisturizer after letting this dry. Perfect! It's a keeper.
