My search is over. This product quickly and gently removes all eye makeup including several coats of waterproof mascara, without irritating my eyes or leaving my skin greasy. I have also found that it has left my eyelashes in great condition. I tossed my more expensive eye makeup removers away and I'm sticking with this one. I could have just kept using it and save $$, but it usually takes many swipes to take off water-proof mascara with this Neutrogena one, and the skin around eyes are very sensitive and easy to get wrinkles so I wanted to take the best care of it. This product is the best priced eye makeup remover available. No wrinkle causing, harsh rubbing necessary. This will remove all the stubborn[@]liner, waterproof mascara, and 14hr eye shadow that looks great when you put it on but not the next morning all over your pillow. It doesn't burn my eyes or anything, but it does leave a little bit of an oily residue. That's no problem though. This product hasn't irritated my eyes so far. Comments about Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover, 5.5 fl oz: I love that this takes off ALL my makeup, but I use a Q-tip to really get to my lashes to take off my eyeliner. I don't wear mascara, so I can't attest to how good this product is for taking off waterproof makeup. My only complaint would be that the two layers separate very quickly, and after you do one eye, you have to close the bottle, shake it, and then continue taking off your eye makeup. Otherwise, it's also really good for for long-wear and bright lipstick!

After reading blogs and watching youtube videos, I tried a few more expensive brands (Lancome, Clinique, Estee Lauder) and the [@] Sonja K. brand... none of them did the trick like Neutrogena. I also love the makeup wipes from Neutrogena.. they are amazing!!! This stuff helps remove eye make up with just one or two swipes and I know that my eyes won't feel irritated or dry afterwards.
