Hands down the best eye make up remover on the market. I can't live without this product, especially for waterproof mascara and eyeliner, and for thick cream shadow. This goes on feeling greasy and with a few light swipes, every trace of make up comes off. The greasy feel disappears within seconds. No tugging delicate tissue around the eye only to get smeared raccoon eyes. I've even tried store brand versions of this product from three mass retailers around NYC, and all performed the same at a lower price point.

Great all around eye and makeup remover. I have tried more expensive makeup removers and this one does it all and it is priced very reasonably.

I use waterproof mascara and had always used baby oil to remove it. This product is definitely an improvement!

After trying 5-6 eye make-up removers without any luck, I found this formula and it is by far my favorite. After use, it doesn't make your eyes feel greasy or as if it is caked-on. Effective, definitely recommend! Amy Meredith Hutson

I use this product with a qtip therefore when the qtip is too short to reach the liquid, it becomes hard to use...if you use a cotton swab, you would have no problem

I used to buy Clinique's Take the Day off Eye Makeup Remover because I didn't think any drugstore brand will be able to remove my waterproof makeup and BOY was I wrong! I discovered this bottle from Neutrogena, it works just as great to remove my waterproof mascara and eyeliner with much cheaper price! I fell in love with this one about 3-4 months ago and I will never go back to Clinique again. I would definitely recommend this!

Trying to find a make-up remover that is effective but does not irritate my eyes but works has been a quest for me until now. This stuff does the trick! It easily removes make-up.

I ordered this because it was less expensive. It does not work like the Mary Kay Eye Makeup Remover. I will not buy it again.

This is the best makerup remover!! I always have more than 5 bottles at home! I just love it. It's cheap and it works well. I think it's even better than Lancome and Clinique's removers. Their removers are pretty greasy for me.
