I have oily skin, but between my slightly drying cleanser, the harshness of winter weather, and the fact that I'm 29, I have recently found need for a moisturizer. I originally bought an expensive one from Reflect.com, and this one, the Neutrogena Moisture Oil-Free for Combination Skin, at around the same time. I liked them both, but really the only big differences between the two were that the expensive one had a nice perfumey scent, and didn't come with as much product (I think it was maybe 1 oz, compared to the 4 oz of the Neutrogena). I have since purchased another bottle of the Neutrogena and will probably continue to do so in the future, as I find it moisturizes very nicely, keeps my skin soft, and controls oiliness impressively well. My skin goes through cycles of being dry and flaky then very oily. This lotion works well year round for me. It isn't the most hydrating lotion, so it probably doesn't work as well on severely dry skin. I find that this moisturizer is a perfect base for make-up. It creates a moisturized and smooth finish. Other lotions leave a sticky feel that powder sticks to, making it look cake-like. But not this one. This lotion absorbs well, isn't sticky at all, and one bottle lasts for many months. Pros

This product really does a great job of hydrating my dry areas while keeping my oily T-zone mattified. Amazing! It leaves my face soft and dewy without being shiny. I used to use Olay's Moisturizer for combination skin but this product is so much better. I love it!!! Service and delivery comments: I received excellent service from drugstore.com as usual. I have combination skin, and this lotion neither makes me break out or leaves me too dry. It absorbs well so I can put it on before I put on my make-up and it still applies well. I have pretty sensitive skin and it doesn't bother it. Occasionally, in the winter, my skin will get extra dry so I'll use the Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture, Sensitive Skin variety before I go to bed. That's a heavier lotion though, so I don't use it regularly or in the morning under make-up. Pros

It has a gel-like consistency and absorbs really well for me! I have Combination/Oily skin and I still get oily on my T-zone, but that's after a couple of hours. It really moisturizes though!! Almost as if I hadn't put any moisturizer on, and my dry spots are still as dry as before. This is probably better for combo skins in the summer, when it is more warm and humid. Comments about Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture, Combination Skin, 4 fl oz: I personally find this to be my favorite moisturizer EVER, but there a few problems people may find with it. It is not really very moisturizing, especially if your skin is flaky or very dry to begin with, so you may either need to mix it with another moisturizer if you plan on putting this on before any powder (like I do) or reapply it a few times if you are not wearing any makeup. Personally though, I love that it is fragrance free, oil free, AND it contains silica and no alcohol. It doesn't cause me any breakouts (and I have VERY acneprone/sensitive skin), and it really prevents my skin from getting oily, and creates a nice matte effect if I put mineral powder on my skin after applying it. Overall, if your skin doesn't need really heavy moisturizer, then I HIGHLY recommend this. Pros

I've used other mattifying moisturizers before (ie. Clean and Clear), but I've never used one as good as this Neutrogena moisturizer before. It does control oil, but it also moisturizes well. Love it!
