It goes on so smoothly compared to the visibly lotion one that I used for about 3 years. This one is not sticky at all, and when you wear it under makeup it looks really flawless. I am surprised that it got so many bad reviews because its actually not bad at all. Maybe some people just use too much of it, which can definitely make your skin greasy, but thats just common sense. And everyone's skin is different so it just takes time to find the right product for you, and this one is mine. The only thing that I didn't like about it is that it does have a little bit of a scent, but its not so bad. VS Most Liked Negative Review Only thing to ever make me break out! I sleep in make up fairly often and I use drug store brands most of the time. But still, even in my teens, there's never been a single time that I've thought I've really had a "break out". But there were other times where it felt like it sort of worked. Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture, SPF 15: Great basic moisturizer. The sunscreen is a perk. It's a lightweight cream. Don't expect any miracles, but it is a nice base cream. Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture, SPF 15: I have rosacea and very sensitive skin that has reacted to just about every other moisturizer I have ever put on my face, but this is the only moisturizer I can actually tolerate! Weird, huh? I love this moisturizer!!! It's not greasy at all on me, and has never caused any breakouts whatsoever! MY SKIN was never irritated with this product! Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture, SPF 15: I think this is a fabulous product! I really love that it has an SPF in it, since we all know how important sun protection is these days! It leaves my skin feeling smooth, plump with moisture, and healthy. I have noticed over the past few months of using it that my skin has a smoother texture, and just generally FEELS better. Love it! Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture, SPF 15: This product does not absorb easily. What I do is rub it in my palms, then apply it to my face and really work it in properly. Even after doing this it still leaves my face with a bit of a glow, which can fluctuate between healthy and greasy. I would not recommend using it twice a day. I only use it in the mornings. I love the fact that it has SPF. I have never used a moisturizer with SPF before, so I'm not sure if shine is inherent in these type of products. I would love to have a moisturizer with SPF that has a matte finish to help my oily skin. Overall pros: product provides good moisturization, has SPF. Overall cons: not eaisly absorbed, leaves a bit of shine (which can make makeup look greasy). Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture, SPF 15: I was 15 years old when I started using this cream. I am now 30 and still use it 365 days a year. The other reviews I have read seem to be speaking of a different product. I have never had any adverse reactions, absorption problems or oiliness issues with it. I truly believe that this cream is reponsible for my still very youthful skin (I still get ID'd everywhere I go). The remarkable and most telling thing is that it has been available in this very same formula for so long now. Even when Nuetrogena comes out with something new (Daily Defense, etc.), this product remains in production. It's probably because it works so well and continues to sell. Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture, SPF 15: I bought this moisturizer in the winter and thought it worked well, plus I liked the SPF. However, it made my combination skin look shiny and feel greasy. Now, I hate the moisturizer and have stopped using it. It made my skin burn and gave me rashes around and on my nose. It also made me break out. Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture, SPF 15: I used this product for 2 years before I decided to go paraben-free (now I use Nivea's Q10 spf 15). It makes a good base for foundation on dry skin. It will *absolutely* leave a sheen on your face. If you have oily skin, or just don't want that glowy, dewey thing going on, then this is NOT for you. The major downfall to this stuff is you can't use it around your eyes. It burns like crazy. Even if you're an inch away, it somehow seeps over into your eyes (maybe vapor). Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture, SPF 15: This product takes a really long time to absorb into the skin. I find that it leaves my face feeling very greasy and it leaves a shine that does not seem to go away, even if you wear a lot of makeup over it. I hate to waste things, so I still use it as a sunscreen on my face if I know I will be out in the sun all day. I would not recommend it for everyday use, though. Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture, SPF 15: I think every review is subjective. I'm 26, Chinese, with olive skin, and an oily t-zone area that is dry around the cheeks, forehead. This works fine as a light-weight moisturizer, no smell, and no irritations, I've used this for at least 2 years. I haven't had problems, just wish it was a higher SPF.
