I have used this product for years. I love the smell of it. Just wish I could use it daily because I love the scent, but it is too harsh and drying for my hair. Great for 1-2 times a week.

I have straight hair and it doesn't look good unless absolutely clean. All other shampoos have additives that after a few uses leaves a residue and causes my hair to become heavy and not feel or look clean. This shampoo advertises itself to be used every once in a while to rinse out the residues that other shampoos leave, but I use it daily and have for at least 20 years - since high school. I am not happy with anything else.

I use it once a week to get rid of build up. It works great and smeels good too.

I love the smell of this shampoo so much! I hope they don't change the smell. I was hoping they would add this smell to other products.
This product leaves my hair clean without drying it out like I thought it would, it doesn't. It just leaves my hair silky and fluffy! It's great.
The only con is that it is way overpriced for the amount you get. I wish they would make it in a bigger size.
I have used this shampoo on a daily basis and it does not dry my hair out.
I will buy this shampoo from now on!

I use this shampoo about every other week to really clean my hair. I love the fresh smell that it leaves in my hair (I have long hair). I would recommend this product for someone who wants to use it as a clarifying shampoo.

This is a great product for anyone who gets an itchy scalp. I had tried dandruff shampoos in the past until a dermatologist recommended this shampoo. Since then, I haven't had to scratch my head anymore. It's a bit expensive but well worth it. Anyone with atopic dermatitis will likely benefit from using this shampoo.

I can't really tell how well this removes buildup. I don't use a ton of styling products in my hair, so I just bought this to give my hair a deep clean a few times a month. It seems to work just fine. Smells pretty bad though. I wish neutrogena would figure that out!
