I am a hairstylist and I just wanted to mention to all those customers who use this product to follow with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. This product does exactly what it's suppose to do, and that's to give you a clear scalp and get rid of the dandruff and oil on the scalp. You have to go back in with a moisturizer.

Have been fighting with psoriasis for years and desperate with products that claim to help and with dandruff. To add to it, have really long, dark wavy hair so always looking for something to doubleduty. Added this to my regime of treatment shampoo and unfortunately not seeing any improvements after 2 weeks. Since the creme is also very thin and after applying to scalp, have to add my other thicker conditioner to rest of hair. Will decide after finishing bottle if try again. It did have a nice tingle sensation and I kinda dig the anticeptic/clean smell though. I'll still always use Neutrogena products anyway. Would recommend only for maintenance of very mild scalp issues.

This product is not easily found at local stores. The T-Gel shampoo is there but not the treatment conditioner. My first experience using this was ordering from DrugStore.com. While I had hoped for better result with itchiness, I plan to continue using because it does help & hair feels healthier after use.

I don't care for the fragrance of the T-Gel dandruff shampoo so I use good ol' Head & Shoulders for a healthy scalp. T-Gel Conditioner is a perfect finish and compliment to my hair washing regime.

I use a medicated shampoo with 3% salicylic acid once a week, but for mid-week I like to co-wash with this conditioner because it contains 2% salicylic acid. It effectively controls scalp build-up but is gentle on scalp and hair. I massage it into my scalp and leave it on a few minutes, per instructions. My scalp feels good and my hair is full and has shine.

It is more effective than any product on market....I've tried them ALL. Out-performed prescription shampoo from dermatologist that was $50.00 a bottle!!! Controls serious, deep scalp itch!

This is the only hair product (and I have tried everything) that soothes and moisturizes my dry, itchy and flaky scalp. The salicylic acid in the conditioner is extremely effective at preventing dry skin build-up and/or flakes. I use it every time I shampoo my hair. I have long-to-medium length hair which I have highlighted at a salon - so I do not use it throughout my hair, I only use it where it seems to make most sense - on the scalp, which benefits most from it. If anyone is concerned about the conditioner drying your hair, I would recommend using a different conditioner for your hair and ends, and to simply use this all over your dry scalp. This product keeps my scalp moisturized and prevents redness and irritation. It is the only thing that works and I hope it is never discontinued!

I use this product with tgel extra strength shampoo 2-3 times a week, when needed. It controls itch of my mild to moderate psoriasis. It keeps my hair frizz free, and keeps for a strong hold 1-2 days after use. Because it is cncentrated, i only use a small amount of the conditioner about the size of a quarter. When my scalp is dryer, about the size of afifty cent piece. I have been using this great product for years. The conditioner is the only one that doesn't flatten my hair when dry. My hair stays clean and manageable for up to two days when I use it along with the tgel shampoo.the conditioner can leave a residue but is virtually greaseless.. I love tgel shampoo and conditioner and will continue to use both products. for years to come.I have been using Neutrogena products for over ten years now and love them all.
