I still broke out after I used it. And, I found out later that some of the ingredients are carcinogenic. So, I stopped using it. It didn't do much for me anyway. I'm going back to using Kiss My face Soap; that is a soap that reduces skin oils and it's made from organic ingredients. Pores are smaller which means my face just looks smoother. Have always had acne and tried everything even Skin ID, which worked but was very expensive. This is just as good. I use this bar with the sacrylic acid lotion and moisturizer from Skin ID once a day usually. The bar is gentle enough to use twice a day but it does dry my face out. I have normal skin. No pimples though! Usually on my cheeks and chin and they're gone! Would be perfect if it also got rid of old acne scars too. Pros

My orange Neutrogena bar ran out a few weeks ago and I'm forcing myself to use up some of the other stuff I have lying around... and as a result I am realizing that this bar may be the best cleanser I've ever used! They used to have the clear pore treatment gel for nightime pore clarifying gel and I don't think they make it anymore, but they do have the 3-in-1 acne stress control hydrating acne treatment. Which is similar so I hope they never DC it or this soap!!! |
