I usually use it on a Sunday when I'm not going to be going anywhere, because if I try to style my hair after using this, it just goes flat because your hair gets so soft. I apply then put on a plastic cap and sit under a hooded dryer for about 20 minutes then rinse. Hair comes out extra soft and moisturized.  Pros

I have used many different masks over the years. When my regular mask was not available, I purchased this one in a pinch. When I applied the mask, it was very thick and would not distribute evenly through my hair. Also, I could not get the wide toothed comb through my tangles at all while I had this mask on - it took 30 minutes for me to brush out my hair. It doesn't smell nice, either. I do not receommend... Since I have curly, fine and frizzy hair I do not wash my hair as often as someone who has oily/normal hair. I only wash my hair once a week (every Sunday) or else my hair would fall out and dry much more than it already is. Pros
