I purchased this conditioner because a friend recommended it. I have thick, relaxed hair and was looking for a good moisturizing conditioner with protein. After I washed my hair, I parted it in four sections and applied this conditioner. I then sat under a (hooded) blow dryer with a plastic cap on for 20 minutes. My hair was moisturized, bouncy, and had a little bit of shine to it. It's not my favorite conditioner - my hair look more moisturized with other conditioners I used, but I'll continue to use it until I finish it.

I use this daily in the harsh water and weather of Afghanistan. I have noticed a great improvement in my hair since using it. It also leaves my hair soft. Great product, but I wish it came in a larger amount.

I expected this to be a deep conditioner, but it seems better for everyday use. My hair is colored, damaged, and frizzes and tangles easily, and this product does very little to improve the texture, strength or manageability of my hair. Even for everyday use, I would hope for something more drenching. I am a big fan of Neutrogena's skin products though.

I am an AA/Black female with regular, relaxed hair; nothing special. I'm stationed in IQ and I wash my hair in water that I can't even drink. I haven't relaxed my hair in 10 weeks (I usually go no more than 5 weeks and normally keep healthy hair). My hair has been damaged, and I've been searching for a conditioner that will allow me to run a comb through my hair with no breaking. This conditioner does the trick! It works so fast! After leaving it on for 30 secs, I am able to comb the conditioner through without causing further damage/breakage to my hair. I leave it on, shower, then rinse it out and my hair is more managable that it is immediately following a relaxer. THIS STUFF SMELLS GREAT! I'm not picky about shampoos but I am with conditioners and this one is a keeper.

This is a good product. My hair is naturally wavy, but it can fall flat. This conditioner boosts my waves and defines them so my hair looks fuller. My hair is still a little frizzy afterward though, so just use some gel when hair is still wet. I also think it helps with hair porosity so that hair is stronger. Unlike the daily deep conditioner of this kind, this product does not seem to weigh down my hair.
