In one spot, about the size of a quarter, on my head I was getting crusting yellowish white stuff that would peel off and I was absolutely positive it was not dandruff. This quarter sized spot soon spread to cover all of the left side of my scalp. I tried multiple shampoos and conditioner and even went without moose or hair spray for a few weeks because I was convinced that was the problem. I was about to go to a dermatologist when I decided to do a bit of googling and a few people suggest to try Neutrogena T Sal Therapeutic Shampoo. It was my last attempt before I made an appointment! I went out and bought it today and used it exactly as directed and OMG results in the first wash! I still cannot believe my eyes because the results are too unbelievable! Of course the problem is not completely gone, will take a couple more washes but I am convinced this is the best thing that ever happened to my scalp and possibly saved me from spending a lot of money at a doctor's visit! I think I have seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp in the curly area. The day I wash my hair my scalp looks fine, but by the end of the second day I would always have flakes on the side of my head and my crown, especially if I got a brush and agitated my scalp a bit. My scalp also feels really greasy by that time, and my hair gets drier.

This shampoo did the job! She has used it for a week and her scalp is 100% better. Her hair looks good too. I would recommend it for any issues with dandruff or scalp issues. Good product with a good price!
