I completely agree with itzpapalotl's comments. This sunscreen doesn't sting your eyes, doesn't run down your face when you're sweating, and doesn't make you shiny or turn your face a pasty white (like Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 70 does - the higher SPF sunblocks seem to tend to do that). I sweat A LOT and used this when playing tennis during two hot and humid weekends in New York. It is not dry to the touch like Neutrogena's lower-SPF regular Sheer Sunblocks, but that's okay with me. I plan to use it for all my active outdoor activities now. I also wear contact lenses and LOVE that it doesn't sting my eyes when it runs into them.

This is, hands down, the BEST sunscreen for the face I have EVER used. I've tried everything out there and all of it - even the sticks made for babies - burn my daughter's eyes - but not this one! It rubs in easily, doesn't clog pores, and given just a minute to completely soak in, leaves absolutely no shiny residue on the face. I have very oily, break-out prone skin and it is perfect for me as well. It lasts all day - even when she is sweating and playing outdoors. It does very, very well in the pool. I don't know that I'd let her go all day in the pool without reapplying, but I wouldn't do that with any sunscreen. I can't recommend this highly enough - LOVE it!

I'm of Asian descent, so I don't burn very easily, but I tan and freckle like crazy. As a runner, hiker and general outdoorsy person who lives in the Bay Area, I've been looking for an effective sport sunscreen that, first and foremost, won't make me break out and also wouldn't run into my eye and burn. I wear gas perm contacts, so my eyes are UBER sensitive.

I've used this on long 2 hr+ runs, bike rides, 3 hr hikes over a period of about a month and am very pleased. Keeps the tanning and freckling at bay and NO BREAKOUTS. It does burn my eyes a tiny bit during long runs, but it's very minimal and certainly less than other facial sunscreens I've tried.

I am a marathoner and triathlete. I've used a variety of facial sunblocks over the years and until now the only one that worked for me was Clinique Sport. I got tired of paying [$] for a small tube so I started trying drugstore brands. Most of them made me break out or were not sweatproof.This one, however, has worked pretty well. It doesn't survive the swim too well, but it does work for a few hours of running. I still get a little sun but not the burn I would get without it. So far it is the best solution I've found.

Pros: It's sheer with good broad-spectrum protection (although remember that higher SPF means longer, not substantially more, protection and all sunscreen will rub off the skin, requiring reapplication during the day). Might be great for someone with very oily skin.
Cons: I have normal-to-dry skin and this is too drying--I don't expect a sunscreen to add moisture, but I would like it not to cause my nose to peel. Even if used only for running and washed off immediately after, it depletes moisture rather than being moisture-neutral. This is expensive for a body sunscreen, which is the only thing for which I can use it.

I wanted to love this, and it really isn't greasy, but this stuff broke me out like crazy. I was even broken out on my chest/decolletage, which NEVER breaks out. I had the same experience with other Neutrogena sunscreens for the face.

I'm a budget buyer, but believe in splurging on a good sunscreen (my father is a dermatologist). This gets the job done. It's a little sticky when it goes on at first, but not more so than any other brand out there. It rubs in pretty well, and seems to last through sweat, water, and all-day wear. I love this product!

I am 47 and have struggled with hyperpigmentation from years of tanning. I also breakout very easily. I have tried MANY pruducts over the years. I use this daily. It really protects my face from getting dark patches and doesn't make me break out at all - even if I reapply several times during the day. Lots of products say they are non-comedogenic and I have a reaction to them anyway. I have had great results with this product! It looks white when you first apply, but rubs in well.
