I play a great deal of tennis in the summer and I have very fair skin. This is the first sunscreen I have used that really protects my skin for a long match (sometimes over 3 hours in direct sun.) It does not wear off or sweat off as much as other brands I have tried. Other reviews mention that it stings when it gets in their eyes. My mother helped me with this one years ago - the trick is not to put sunscreen near your eyes or on your forehead. Instead, wear a hat and sunglasses. I have never found a sunscreen that does not sting when it gets in your eyes. I like this product so much I am using it on my 3 year old and 5 year old with no complaints from them.

I love Neutrogena products, especially sunblock, however this one has a fragrance that is quite potent. It seems like it's meant for a man because it smells like mens cologne or deodorant. I don't know what they were going for with this one. It works well for sun protection but the smell is over the top. Why do they need to add this fragrance anyway? I'd rather have it smell the way it should WITHOUT fragrance than worry that people think I'm wearing mens cologne.

I have very fair skin and burn very easily. But I love being outside and love the feeling of sun on my skin. That's why I bought this product. It smells ok (slightly manly) and rubs in fine. After being outside (mainly in the sun) for 5 hours, i had a slight to medium intensity sunburn although I reapplied the product at least every hour. This disappointed me obviously, given this should be a sunblock SPF70.

I have been searching for a daily sunblock to protect my fair skin from sun damage that won't leave white residue on everything I come into contact with. I finally thought I found it with this product...rubs in well, not greasy, no white residue...yeah, NO PROTECTION EITHER! I run outside for no more than 90 min, and after only a few runs, I'm totally tanned (great for those who don't worry about skin cancer, but terrible for me!). Don't waste your money. If this can't stand up to a 90 min run, what good is it?

I race sailboats in Texas every weekend, usually without time to re-apply. This is easy to put on and stays the best when sweating in the Texas UV 10 sun. I have cabinet full of various sunscreens (brands and SPFs) and this is the one I prefer. While many brands are 'waterproof' this product is really 'sweatproof' and stays and blocks those burning rays for a very long time. Tested weekly in a wide variety of conditions.

I do outdoor sport on high level and can spend up to 5 hours outside under 100 degrees. I have tried many brands like L'oreal, Banana boat, and Equate but I would get a bad sunburn at the end of the day. I usually apply the sunblock on about 30 minutes before sun exposure and with Neutrogena it's easy to rub it on without the overly greasy feeling. Although I do need to reapply it every 2 hours, I would get only mild sunburn during the hottest days. Comparing price and qualities, I can say by far Neutrogena Sport products are the best.

I use this for long bike rides in the summer. For me, long is over 50 miles, up to 100. At that distance, even if I start early, I'm going to be out for several hours. This one stays effective for that long.

This is a good sunblock that finally incorporates Nuetrogena's leading sunblock protection in a sport formula. Sunblock does not leave any white residue like previous versions of Nuetrogena sunblock have. It is pricey, but you can't buy better sunblock protection.
Apply liberally and evenly 15-30 minutes before sun exposure. Ensure complete coverage. Reapply as needed or after swimming, perspiring, towel drying, or vigorous activity. Ask a doctor before use on children under 6 months of age.
