The oily feel. This product really has none of that. After it's on you have none of the feeling you have a layer of oil on your skin. It works great. No sign of a burn even after long outside exposure.It is a bit pricey but worth every penny as I actually use it. I really don't write reviews. but, I did want to share this with people like me who know they should be using a product like this but don't. Comments about Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Sunblock, SPF 85, 3 fl oz: i burn very easily and have very sensitive skin on my face. i used this for cycle touring and camping where i had to wear sunscreen all day while cycling in hot weather. it never ran into my eyes or irritated my skin in any way. and it stayed effective longer than any product i have used before. it is an improvement over the "dry touch" sunscreen which left my skin too dry and slightly irritated. this is the best sunscreen i have ever used. I started using this product at the beginning of the season this year and find it to be very effective in preventing sunburn and the facial discoloration that occurs every summer from sun exposure. It doesn't smell bad, it's not greasy, it doesn't sweat off easily and it blends into my skin quickly, leaving no white residue. My skin looks clearer and feels great. I am well pleased with this product. Pros

I can't stand sunblock or lotion that makes me feel greasy. I have very sun-sensitive skin; so 85 spf is great for me. It goes on smooth and feels dry. I don't swim outside much, so I don't know how it would do with water, but for hot, sweaty days, it is ideal. Hope this helps. Pros

This time I took a chance to try the SPF 85 & surprisingly it's much better! No white cast, very smooth, & definitely non greasy! Just love it!!! Pros

Comments about Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Sunblock, SPF 85, 3 fl oz: I have melasma (brown patches) on my face, my dermatologist recommended Neutrogena 85 sunblock for my face to use on a daily basis alone or under makeup. If i don't use an effective sunblock my melasma darkens and spreads, by using the neutrogena sunblock i have been able to prevent this from happening. the neutrogena sunblock 85 has a light easy to rub in feeling and i know my face is being protected, i highly recommend it!
