I was a little iffy about buying this- my best friend told me that it didn't work for her, but when I saw it on sale, I went for it, and I'm so glad i did. Its very easy to use, though I did have problems getting the lid off for the battery. I had no problems attaching the pads, and you just run it underwater for a few seconds, and you're good to go (I usually rub the pad a little to get it even more sudsy). When I first used it, I didn't see the foam like on the commercial, but once I rinsed off my face, I FELT the difference. My skin really felt firmer, and cleaner. I haven't tried it with make up yet, but people have been complimenting my skin all of a sudden (as well as my mom's, who I share it with), though only after a few uses. Plus, it's incredibly portable, and I can take it to the gym with me =)

I was hoping this product would get my face really clean. Well, it gets it somewhat clean. Whatever is in the cleanser really dries out the face. All it does is vibrates. You stick a cotton-round type pad on the top that has cleanser in it that sudses when you wet it. No matter how hard you try to put the pad in the middle, it still somehow doesn't sit spot on and then the plastic around it scratches your face. I'm going to buy the Olay one that actually rotates...not just buzzes!
Simply attach a disposable pad to the attachment head. Hold you wave under water to activate cleansing pad. Turn on your wave by pressing the power button, then gently massage over your face. Avoid use in the delicate eye area. Rinse face thoroughly. Dispose of cleanser pad after use.
Replacing batteries: Remove batter door by gently pressing the latch. Replace old battery with 1-AA battery.
Cleaning attachment head: Use thumb to press up and flip off attachment head. Clean under running water and replace onto device. Clean once a month.
