I don't trust the HRT prescriptions so I look for alternatives and this is the best I've found. Also try Very Vanilla Soy Milk drinking 1 cup a day along with the New Chapter Estrotone taking one in the morning and one in the evening and your hot flashes should diminish if not go away completely.

Comparable to Holy Basil which I also like but this product also helps with my hot flashes - they are milder and less frequent. Gives me that balanced happy feeling. Take it in A.M and if needed (depending on my day) will take another mid day. I will re-order.

I'm on my second bottle and these have relieved my hot flashes/night sweats. It took about two weeks for them to work but they're worth the wait. The gel caps are small and very easy to swallow. I also take three standard Maca capsules, so for me, the combination is working. Great product.

I've been using this product for a few months now. I started having some pretty serious hot flashes, didn't really want to take prescription hormones, and thought it might help. It did great. I haven't had another hot flash or related symptom since I started taking these. No more mood swings, nothing.
Also, check out the New Chapter for women vitamins. I like the 3 per day (although I know they can be a pain to swallow). Together, these products have really helped my outlook! I feel better too. I highly recommend both.

While doing research for PMS, I found this. Although I am not pre/post menopause, the ingredients listed help regulate female hormones. I felt immediate relief of PMS after using this product. I just finished a bottle of this and am ordering again.

I haven't experienced hot flashes or night sweats BUT I have other symptoms like body trembling, heart palpitations and mood swings. At first I was using "black cohosh" with some success but it didn't seem to stop the body trembling. I heard about Estrotone so I thought I'd give it a try. WOW, this product stopped all these aggravations and seemed to straighten out the hormones. I have two younger friends that are pari-menipausal who have complained to me about night sweats and hot flashes so I recommended Estrotone to them. They tell me that all symptoms have disappeared.
