For those who suddenly cannot tolerate fish, this product is the best - causes no stomach upset. I use this brand after discovering all the popular vitamin supplements contained fish or shellfish and created all kinds of stomach problems afterwards; vitamins are not cheap, so throwing them away bmade them that much more expensive.

Ok, I think they are effective and they don't fall apart when you put them in your mouth. I've done a little experiment, and for me they outweigh the competitors!

The combination of vitamins/minerals and herbs is excellent for peri- and menopausal women. If I ever run out I can tell. It's organic and naturally sourced.

So far (1/2 the bottle) no gastric upset, which is good. I think they are kind of pricey, but I also trust Drugstore.com to get the best price and you sure can't get these at[...]...just wish it made my skin less saggy; my energy double...!
