This vitamin is fantastic. After switching from prenatals I wanted something that had a good blend of vitamins without all of the additives some can have. This is easy to swallow despite the larger size and does not upset my stomach like many others did. I would highly recommend it.

I noticed that every time I took the Vitamins I was usually depressed. I took breaks from the vitamins after I became suspicious. There are ingredients that react with estrogen in this product. I know that I am sensitive to estrogen. My breast got larger and I gained water weight. I wrote the company for a refund, and they had the audacity to recommend another product, and not give me a refund.

After trying many multivitamins, I am so thankful to have found this one. I've been taking is for 6+ months without problem. Despite my history with other vitamins, I have no problem swallowing this one. It does not leave a horrible taste in my mouth and does NOT upset my stomach!!!!
