I used to have to take gummy multi-vitamins or even kids Flintstones vitamins because I would get so sick from the iron in most women's daily vitamins. However, I hated all of the added not-very-healthy ingredients in those. It says you can take these on an empty stomach, and you can! Plus, I feel good about taking them because of the great mix of ingredients especially for women (hormone support, energy support, etc.) that are all natural and organic! I've also researched the company and they are very ethical. They cost a little more, but I'm willing to pay it and they do go on sale, so it's just about being an educated consumer. I have taken the women's once daily from this brand and didn't realize I wasn't getting the once dailies. So, now I have to take 2/day for the full dose, but I don't mind because I have to take other medications at breakfast and lunch anyway. The difference between the two? Nothing except the size of the pill. The once daily is more convenient, but it's also a much larger pill to swallow. If you have trouble, this bottle (2/day) is probably your best bet.

This vitamin is fantastic. After switching from prenatals I wanted something that had a good blend of vitamins without all of the additives some can have. This is easy to swallow despite the larger size and does not upset my stomach like many others did. I would highly recommend it.

I noticed that every time I took the Vitamins I was usually depressed. I took breaks from the vitamins after I became suspicious. There are ingredients that react with estrogen in this product. I know that I am sensitive to estrogen. My breast got larger and I gained water weight. I wrote the company for a refund, and they had the audacity to recommend another product, and not give me a refund.

After trying many multivitamins, I am so thankful to have found this one. I've been taking is for 6+ months without problem. Despite my history with other vitamins, I have no problem swallowing this one. It does not leave a horrible taste in my mouth and does NOT upset my stomach!!!!
