I use this one instead of the hormone support one because they made me feel funny (I have a hormonal imblance). These ones are bigger than the hormone support ones but I prefer them. I feel great while taking them!

I took one a day for 2 days and was constipated for a week. I quit taking them and have an almost full bottle sitting on a shelf. Disappointing since they did seem easy to digest, i.e., no belching like other multiple vitamins

I was taking another women's vitamin from New Chapter and although I think it had Pro biotics, it was 3 times a day. I much prefer a once a day vitamin

Had been using Unbound Energy from New Chapter. Definitley felt more energetic but found that taking the 2 pills-reccomended dose- would sometimes upset my stomache. When I found New Chapter Woman's One a Day I decided to try it. It is great! I have just as much energy and it does not upset my stomache. Also you need to take only 1 pill.

I saw this as rated very highly in a health food magazine, so I decided to try it. I notice that it doesn't turn my urine bright neon yellow after taking it like other vitamins do. I would purchase these again.
