I've used this vitamin for both pregnancies after experimenting with various other pre-natal vitmains. This is the ONLY one that doesn't make me nauseous. And it's so small it's very easy to take. I also love the fact that all the ingredients are plant derived and organic.

Comments about New Chapter Organics Perfect Prenatal Multi Vitamin, Trimester, Free** FitPregnancy Subscription,, 270 ea:

I have been taking New Chapter Organics Perfect Prenatal Vitamins since I started trying to conceive and shall continue to take them while I am breastfeeding. The recommendation is to take three pills a day but I make sure to split them up throughout the day--I imagine one gets more benefit this way. The pills have never made my stomach upset and I appreciate that they are organic.

The price on drugstore.com is great as compared to what I am able to get them for in a local store.

My only complaint is that the last two times I ordered this product it stated it would include a free subscription to FitPregnancy but DID NOT. I called a representative at drugstore.com to inquire as to why they are not sending out the product advertised and was told that perhaps it was no longer available. THEN DON'T ADVERTISE IT AS AVAILABLE! He recommended I contact New Chapter directly rather than them resolving the situation. I explained my frustration in having to take the initiative when it should be drugstore.com's responsibility and all he could say is he would follow up with me. I imagine that is not going to happen since it has been well over a month already. I, of course, did call New Chapter and their customer service was MUCH better. The representative offered to mail me the appropriate forms to receive the magazine subscription.

I highly recommend the product but think drugstore.com could have done much better resolving my issue of not receiving the magazine subscription.

I LOVE THESE! My husband bought a bottle for me when we were first started trying to conceive and I began taking them immediately. We were fortunate and conceived our first month of trying and I continued to take these for my entire pregnancy. I had TERRIBLE morning sickness until I was almost 18 weeks, but these always managed to stay down and I felt reassured knowing that my baby and body were still getting such great nutrients. I gave birth to a very healthy baby and have continued to take these while I breastfeed. I did an experiment with mineral water to see how quickly they breakdown and it was completely dissolved in a few hours, minus the casing. I pay attention to what I eat, so I don't always need all three and I plan on continuing to take them even after I stop breastfeeding.

Love this vitamin, but you have to take it at every meal. When you think about it it's probably more effective that way. No Nausea with these vitamins. Yeah!!

I have been taking this prenatal for 8 months now; I started it long before conception and as soon as we started trying. This could easily be a fluke but I experienced NO morning sickness during my first trimester and I am at 18 weeks now. (I also have been exercising regularly, increased my fruits/veggies, drinking 64+ ounces of H2O, and taking this prenatal in addition to Wholemega. Before & after conception.) Another note is that I only take 1 or 2 a day, depending on what I eat each day. Every pregnancy is different, but I will continue to take this vitamin!

Last, this is easy on the stomach, I try to take it with food but have never had any issues whether it's with a snack or a meal. In the past I had experienced heart burn later in the day with a previous multi-vitamin (not prenatal), but I have yet to experience heart burn with this prenatal multi.

I started taking this when I was pregnant with my twins and I take them now as I am breast feeding and will probably always take them they are so good.
I had tried several high quality multi. vit. prenatals but they all made me sick to my stomach. When I found these I was so happy because they are organic food based, have probiotics included, and I could actually take them on an EMPTY stomach and suffer no ill effects. Simply the best! I tried Raw Code afterward and still felt New Chapter won hands down over them as well. Great price at drugstore.com too.
You should spread them out through out each meal, but I never remember and take all three pills at one time in the morning.

I've used this for two years - when trying to conceive, during most of my pregnancy, and now that I am nursing. Usually, iron-containing supplements make me nauseous, or even make me throw up. I have never had an upset stomach from this vitamin. I take one with each meal. I also like that the quantities of each ingredient are not so ridiculously high that I need to worry about toxicity during pregnancy or nursing. A solid product.

I read the other reviews and thought I would try these. I've used a few other prenatals over the years with multiple children and nursing. I like that you get a whole trimester in one pot with this product...one less thing to keep track of supplying! I also prefer this food based approach and that the ingredients are organic. These are easy to take and to remember with one at each meal. No weird taste, and the pill size is just right. I've had no negative side effects or issues and I starting taking them 2 weeks ago. Given that this multivit comes with broccoli and other cruciferous veggie additions, I find the smell is like food and not unpleasant, not toxic smelling like some prenatals I've used.
As to the FitPreg subscription...my order came with a card to fill out if I wanted the subscription which was fine.
