I was diagnosed with an exceptionally aggressive form of osteoarthritis when I was in my late 40's. So far I've had 2 knees replaced, both thumb joints and neck surgery. I'm 56 now, not overweight, exercise and lead a fairly healthy lifestyle. And I was beginning to feel like I was 80. Even with the surgeries, something was always hurting. Took me forever to get going in the mornings and sleeping comfortably was almost impossible. I felt like I spent half my time with an ice pack or hot pack on some portion of my anatomy. My massage therapist started on this product 2 months ago and highly recommended it. I will forever be in her debt! The difference is amazing. I feel like myself again and apparently family and friends can even tell the difference (guess I was getting rather grumpy!). Still have the aches and pains in bad weather and when I overdo - but that's to be expected. I do only take one capsule a day, mainly because of the cost, and I still feel 110% better. I'd probably be doing cartwheels if I took the recommended two a day!

The leaking capsule problem was supposedly resolved more than a year ago. In my last order I have again leaking capsule with the product creating a sticky mess on the bottle, hands, etc.

This stuff really works! I've been taking Osteo-BiFlex, fish oil, and other stuff to try to bring my inflammation down and get some relief, but nothing made my condition much better until this. My ANA (Blood test that measures inflammation in the body)was at 244, which is extremely high as 30 is normal. After taking Zyflamend for just 2-3 weeks, for the first time in years my inflammation tests came back in normal range! I knew even before the blood tests that it was working because I felt SO much better. I thank God for this stuff!

I've been taking Zyflamend for about a year. My local health food store can hardly keep it in stock, so I felt pretty confident that it was a good product. I decided to try it for fairly severe hip pain I was experiencing almost daily. After a couple months of taking it as directed, my hip pain disappeared - to the point where I forgot I ever had it! I also take a prescription med that can cause joint/muscle pains - none of which have affected me, since I take Zyflamend.
About ten days ago I ran out. Within a few days of not taking Zyflamend, my old hip pain returned! That was an indication to me that this stuff really works, so I quickly re-ordered from Drugstore.com -- you won't find a better price anywhere. Sometimes I only take one/day (I'm thin, so maybe that's why one instead of two is effective); but as others have mentioned, you need to take it with food. I also take TurmericForce, which is probably adding to the benefits. I highly recommend trying Zyflamend for chronic aches and pains.

I take this supplement as prescribed. In addition to relieving joint pain, I have not had any inflamation in my lungs. I have asthma and for the past several years I have have been on Prednesone in the months of December and January and usually again in the spring. This year I have not had any major problems. No congestion or inflamation. I started taking this supplement in September so I am hoping that I can get through the spring without any problems

I have arthritis in my hands, but taking one softgel in the morning and one in the evening with food shows a remarkable easing of pain and increase in mobility. I've asked several pharmacists about Zyflamend and they don't know anything about it. Maybe its just to sell their OTC stuff. I'm sold on Zyflamend.

Taking this supplement for many months for my chronic back pain and recent knee injury. I feel so much more mobile and less achy when I take these supplements. I also give it to my elderly dog and we joke its like doggie crack. She can move more easily as well and climb onto her couch.

I use once daily in AM and fish oil in PM. I have GERD and learned it refluxes if taken late, tastes like salad dressing, so not bad. When I have to get off of it before surgery or colonoscopy, really feel the difference.

After suffering over a year with a torn meniscus and not being able to walk very far or exercise I started taking Zyflamend. My knee is back to normal. I function as I did before my knee injury and I definitely feel the difference if I run out. It's worth trying if you suffer.
