I have fibromyalgia - have had it for years. I have been on many medications & just haven't seen any improvement even with all the doctors adjustments for too many years. I have done the physical therapy which helped some, but mostly hurt more than it helped. I do try to walk as much as possible & do "soft" exercises. I've been determined to get off the medications because nothing I read about them is good. I have been on Zyflamend for about 2 1/2 weeks & am seeing slow, steady, gradual improvement. Best of all, my husband has noticed me improving! I am still only taking one per day so that my sysstem has plenty of time to adjust. (I agree that many times it takes 1 - 2 months for our bodies to adjust to any new medication.) At some point over the next week or so, I will try the 2 a day dose. I will begin weaning off the 2 medications I am still taking & see how that works. It's hard to remember to take this pill in the middle of a meal, because I take my other medications morning & evening, but it is getting easier. I also found out the hard way that that is the best way to take it & to drink the amount of water they tell you to drink!

I had been diagnosed with bursitis of the shoulder, and when a cortisone shot didn't help at all, I decided to try Zyflamend. I had high hopes for this product, but it was completely ineffective. I took one bottle's worth - cannot recommend it.

I'm sure the product is fine for most but for me it caused bowel problems. I have always been sensitive in that area so am not sure it's the product's fault or not...but after I stopped taking it I was back to normal within 2 days. So yes give it a try but keep an eye out for any changes which might occur for you. Also I did not take it but for a week so not sure it 'works' as advertised or not.

I bought this on a recommendation from someone. It didn't work for me though I am still taking it with ibuprofen as the ibuprofen may have started to work as I switched to the Zyflamend. This may be arthritis so nothing may actually help...we'll see.

I cannot attest to the effectiveness of this supplement since I had to stop taking it. I took two capsules and minutes later developed hives around my face,neck and chest. My husband had to run to the local pharmacy to get Benedryl. I read all the ingredients prior to purchasing the Zyflamend. I did not see anything that would cause a reaction but I was wrong. I have not had hives for over 20 years. I can't say it worked but just want to warn others who may have some sensitivities.
