I take this product with "Turmeric Curcumin" to add more for the inflammation. I never skip a day and I use it twice a day after the meal, for best results. I do not know why you lowered the "stars".

How completely DUMB it was of someone to simply remove the 180 soft gel option! For those of us who have always loved the softgels and buy the 180 size, you've let us down. Luckyvitamin has not! I order from them now, much less even without any discount. So disappointed. Or you could just bring it back - who makes these dumb decisions?'
