Dealing with 5-6 hotflashes during the day for about 3-4 mins. each and then every 20 mins. like clockwork throughout the night, I was looking for any kind of relief. I got more than I could hope for. I'm down to maybe 1 hotflash during the day and maybe 2 at night. They are not as powerful and don't last as long. Had my doc check this out beforehand because I take several meds for Fibromyalgia and she gave me the thumbs up. Best thing since the dream of my last day of menopause!! It seems to take a week or so to build up so you don't realize how effective it really is until you are without it for a period of time. The most significant benefit to me is that it stabilizes my moods. I find that I am no longer unhappy or sad for "no reason".  Pros

I investigated products, I ordered this product. I am on my second package. I do feel that it has helped my symptoms. The longer I take the product. The better it is working.
