Due to the gummy residue this tape leaves behind, I don't recommend anyone use this where it will come in contact with skin. Especially people with thin or sensitive skin.

My skin is neither thin nor sensitive skin, but after only two days' on my arm, this tape left a black gummy residue outline on my skin, which was unsightly and very difficult to get off. Nothing II used to try to remove it was successful. It took several showers and some scrubbing for the residue to finally wear off. I'm going back to paper tape.

I get blisters easily and I have used clear first aid tape for many years to protect any place on my foot where a shoe might rub and make a blister. It's also fine to use to protect after I already have a blister. It's very comfortable, I don't even feel it, even when I sometimes have to bandage my toes as well as my heels.

I have a need to affix padding every day due to abrasions I get otherwise from bracing I need to wear, and I've discovered that this tape does the job of holding the padding very well. It's gentle enough to use every day, easy to tear, and holds all day until I need to remove it.

Not much more I could ask for.

I have used this tape to secure gauze and gauze pads for a number of injuries. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin nearly as much as other brands and it sticks. Great stuff.
