I have to wear an eye patch because I lost one of my eye's in an accident. This is the only brand that has worked for me. They are made to stick good and be used for long use. The junior size is the only size I can use. The regular size is way to big. It is really hard to find a pharmacy that sells the junior sizes where I live. I'm happy I can buy them online.

The eye patch was smaller than I anticipated. It was also difficult to remove because of the sticky adhesive. My child patches his eye for 1-3 hours each day and it was always difficult to remove. Maybe the patch would be better suited for someone who needed the patch for a longer period of time. I stopped using them due to the irritation on his skin.

A pediatric opthamologist prescribed these patches to correct my two year old's lazy eye. I was relieved to discover the patches were adhesive rather than something he could easily remove. He has sensitive skin, and the adhesive did occasionally cause tiny raw spots around his eye because of daily use. But we applied a tiny dab of cream on the spot and it was fine. At his first post-patch check up, the doctor did see some improvement in his eye. So, I've been very happy with their ease, functionality and effectiveness!

My son has worn this patch for 5 hours a day since he was 6 months old. It has taken him a long time to figure out how to pull it off, and it does not seem to bother him. Because it stays on so long before we take it off, the adhesive does not irritate his skin, and he never cries when we take it off.

We use these patches on our infant to try and strengthen a lazy eye. They seem to work well, but he doesn't like having a patch on his eye of course.

my son hit his left eye and scraped his cornea a few months ago. his vision, in that eye after the accident, was 20/400. We began patching his good eye to make his injured eye work harder and now he is at 20/30!!

I bought other eye patches and they would irritate his skin. These are gentle and small so they fit perfectly with no irritation!

The cost of these is reasonable, but I'd only buy them again as a last resort. They don't "breathe" and cause skin irritation. They stick too firmly and pull the skin painfully when removed. My six year old has worn eye patches for years to strengthen a weak eye. She got hysterical when we had to pull these off her skin. Our pediatric eye doctor suggested that I order fabric eye patches for children, 2 sizes available online. [...]. Available in both skin tones or fun prints.

These stick much better than any other stick-on eye patch I have ever found. On the flip side, they have left my sons skin red from having to use them 6 hours a day. Overall, I feel the benefits from the better fit are worth the redness of his skin.

These patches are great. Since my son was 18 months old when we started to patch him, I needed something that would stick and I could get plenty of. The first 3-4 days were very hard on both of us, then after that he just accepted that this was how it was going to be and got used to it. Have patience, they will learn to accept it. The only down fall with these or any sticker type patch is the removal. It does pull the skin, but I think all of these types of patches do. I even tried to take them off in the bath and that was a BAD idea. All of the adhessive stuff stuck to his face and his face looked dirty for several days. We tried to get the sticky off but, there is only so much our toddler would take of us rubbing his eye. Eventually, we had to get some sticker removal stuff safe for the face, and then it came right off.

We tried several brands of eye patches for our two year old daughter that has esotropia. These stick the best and do not cover her eye brows, making for easier removal. I can't say that she is thrilled to wear these, but a quick bribe of a tasty treat after we put it on her helps her to calm down, and then she forgets it is there for the next couple of hours. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a no frills patch that gets the job done. The size is perfect, and it does not irritate her skin at all. We have seen great results with just a couple hours of wear each day.
