I needed to get this wrap for my bunion surgery recovery. For 3 weeks, I have to wrap my feet. This NexCare one is exactly the same as the one my doctor used (in tan), also called Coban. Before I bought the SelfGrip one, but it was so thick. This NexCare one is so light and do not make my feet bulky.
I was wondering what to do at the gym when I got my long hair cut off because the hair bands always slip off my head. A friend said that athletes use this product as a way to keep the hair off their neck and it WORKS like a charm!
