This is a terrific product if your hands and fingers tend to crack because of enzema or dry cold weather. It seems to help those cracks heal faster and lets you use your hands without the discomfort that usually comes with skin cracks. And it doesn't smell like airplane glue. It does take a couple of minutes to set, so it's not as instant as superglue. But it works well and I keep bottles everywhere: kitchen, garage, gardening bench, etc. It's also great for paper cuts.

I purchased this product for my soon-to-be father-in-law, who has suffered from severely chapped skin during cold weather all his life. His hands and fingers dry out and crack to the point of bleeding. Naturally this is very painful, so Dad winds up wrapped in bandages and those rubber "finger sleeves" all winter long. We've tried every type of heavy-duty hand cream / salve imaginable, but nothing has worked ... until now! Happily, Dad has reported that this product has helped tremendously in treating the cracked skin and has also improved the healing time. Thank you, Nexcare!

I too was dubious. I bought for a deep cut that hadn't closed well and was still sore. It was about a week old and I wore a bandaid for a day or so. This has helped it heal much more quickly.

This product has replaced the (usually 5-8) bandages I used to have on my hands for my cracked skin (due to itching from eczema). For me, putting this on doesn't necessarily stop the sting right away when I wash my hands, but it helps my skin to heal SUPER fast. In usually less than two days, my skin is healed. This is especially good on paper cuts, and on average it lasts through two showers for me. Not only is it more effective but it's also more economical compared to using bandages. So glad I found this.

I was really dubious about this, especially since it supposedly forms a skin over the skin crack and yet had to be applied at least twice a day, but I picked it up anyway. Now I'm sold. The skin cracks on my fingertips don't seem to close up any faster, but they stop hurting in less than 2 days! For anyone who gets fingertip skin cracks, you know that it takes at least a week before they stop being sore, often longer. This is a godsend.

For the past several years I have dealt with cracked skin on my fingers regardless of the season (yes they are cracked in the humid summer as well as the dry winter). When I spotted this product I grabbed it up and have been very happy with it. I don't have band-aids all over my hands anymore, and the product helps the skin to heal faster that it had previously. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
