These are delicious- I would never know they were suger-free unless it was labeled as such. And, believe me, I despise the taste of artificial sweeteners- but there's absolutely nothing fake-tasting about these, and no bad aftertaste. I've loved the Cherry flavor since they came out, but haven't been on the grocery store or drugstore shelves here in many years. They do not have too much menthol in them, they aren't too sweet, they coat the throat almost like glycerin or slippery elm does. I've had Sucrets (yuck), Halls, elderberry lozenges, Fisherman's Friend & more- these are my favorite, and not due to nostalgia! The only thing I'd change is the packaging- I wish these were individually wrapped instead of being in foil push-out sheets.

I like these cough drops because they come in an easy to carry 8 tablet sheet. I keep one in my brief case, another in my game-day backpack and a third on my desk. Easy to unwrap on the fly and they do the trick when a throat tickle starts.
This is the most effective throat lozenge for sore throat & cough that I have found. I also like that it is sugar free. It is impossible to find in the stores around here so I am very glad that drugstore.com carries it.

The best cough drops I have ever used. They work quickly and effectively - much more so than any of the many others I have tried over the years. Even if you don't need a diabetic cough drop these are still better than any of the regular cough drops I have ever tried.
These are the best sugar free lozenges for sore throat and work well for dry cough and minor congestion as well. They taste great and best thing is that they do not promote tooth decay and I feel safe giving them to my kids as well as myself. Since they are hard to find elsewhere, I usually stock up and buy several pkgs here on Drugstore.com.
I haven't seen this product since I was a kid. I thought they quit making them. I love these cough drops. I hope the manufacturer keeps making them. A+
