I have smoked for 40 years and nothing has worked for me; I tried the gum, the patch and other things, and when someone told me about Commit I didnt believe them - but I figured I would give it a try. On Saturday April 30th, I smoked my last cigarette. On Sunday I started using the Commit lozenges and after six days I have no urge for a cigarette. I only use three lozenges a day now, and I probably don't even need that many. What I like about the lozenges is that the nicotine urge is satisfied immediately. I feel great; I'm not eating more and I've actually lost five pounds since Saturday. I'm not all upset because I can't have a cigarette. I'm really surprised how easy this is. When people congratulate me for not smoking, I almost feel guilty because it's been so easy. Finally, I found something that works to quit smoking and for once in my life it's easy! Hard to believe, but true!

Very large lozenge for it's use.
I had some difficulty keeping this product in my mouth until the lozenge dissolved. It took too long, as the product is much larger than I thought it would be.

These are just great. I've tried the patches and gum without success, but these make stopping easy. I did almost give up the first time I tried one of the original flavor lozenges (these are mintier) because it tasted so bad, but the bad taste goes away rapidly with repeated use, so stick with it. I found the 4's a bit more than I needed and went down to the 2's, but if you're still getting cravings because of a high nicotine habit, ask your doctor about increasing the dose or combination therapy -- patch plus lozenges. It has a higher success rate than lozenges alone.

When I start craving a cigarette, I pop one of these in my mouth and it's like lighting up. They totally worked for me, after numerous failures. I tried everything--cold turkey, hypnosis, special filters, gum, those lollipops they outlawed, and even prescriptions from my doctor. I'm down to about 2 Commits a month now. Lifesavers they ain't, but it sure beats smelling like an ashtray all the time. Plus *now* I don't have to smoke until I'm debilitated and spending a fortune on medicines and oxygen tanks.

I smoked for the better part of 25 years. I tried to stop once, cold turkey, but didn't last. I bought a box of Commit 6 weeks ago and they really do work, if the taste gets too strong I just put it aside. I found that I only need about 12 lozenges a week, instead of thinking about smoking I joined the gym and workout my stress and I feel so much better, I couldn't believe how much time I spent sitting around smoking. I highly recommend this product, it's really worth it.

I've smoked for 43 years and have tried everything out there trying to quit. Up until I tried the Commit, I have been unsuccessful with each attempt at quitting. This time, using the Commit -- I am now 47 days without a cigarette. When the craving gets BAD I KNOW I can count on this product to get me through. I can't say enough good things about this product. It is the first and so far only product that has ever let me get past the first day.

I've never quit smoking before, so I was apprehensive about the whole thing. But the Commit lozenges work really well. I have two weeks tonight at midnight, and I find that I can't find the time or need to use even the minimum number of lozenges per day. I also took advantage of the Committed Quitters Program and found it helpful; especially at times when I think I "need" a smoke!

These things are wonderful and yeah, they actually work. I could never use the patches --- they give me too much nicotine and make me sick and I end up taking them off then I get cravings and end up smoking again. But the lozenges? No problem! If I get the urge for a cigarette, I pop in a lozenge --- if it gets to be a bit too much nicotine, I take the lozenge out and set it aside. And no cravings or withdrawals. Really amazing. The only thing that could be better is if they tasted like butterscotch candies.

I have tried to quit several times, but nothing has worked as well as this product. Smoke free for 3 months now with virtually no cravings or withdrawl issues. This product takes care of it all! Highly reccomended.
