I am on diet but not in a rush. I bought this because it contains Q10 and l-carnatine. If you want a quick result, it is not good for you. However, if you want a stable improve, you may try this. I haven't check my back thigh yet, it wouldn't be worse.

I have used this product for more than a year. Applied everyday after shower. I did see the reduce of cellulite after 2 weeks. Also stretch marks gone after a few months.

It works even better with exercise. My recent morning walk almost eliminate my cellulite with the help of this gel-cream.

I really like this cream, enough to make me go buy another bottle. I used this and about 3+ weeks in of regular use, I did see a positive difference in the appearance of my thighs. I am physically fit but have always struggled with cellulite on my thighs. I really do beleive that this cream has worked. It's not magic and won't make it go away 100% or forever, but I definately feel that it's made a significant difference. I'll continue to buy this product

I used it regularly, twice a day, and nothing. It smells good and it moisturizes, but the cellulite is there, nice and high!

I am 41 yrs. old, 120 lbs., active and have always had firm great skin. Recently I noticed a little cellulite creep up on my inner thighs. I saw this product and for the price, I had nothing to lose. I used it every day after I showered for two weeks and today while I was running outside I noticed my inner thighs were as smooth as they used to be! I am writing this review because I do NOT believe in miracle products. I believe in discipline. But this product did do what it claims on my skin.

I like to smear it everywhere and work out. A little dab will do you, but a smear will make the effect last longer. The product is good for diminishing those unsightly cellulite blobs on legs and arms while given you a lovely smooth toned appearance.

I only wish they made tubs of it.

I used this product for quite some time but wasn't sure if it was making a difference so I stopped using it. After awhile my thighs and buttocks really started showing signs of increased cellulite--so disgusting!--so I decided to give this Nivea Gel-Cream another try. I am so glad I did! Within a short period of time I noticed my skin getting firmer, smoother and much more attractive. Whew! I can wear my short shorts and bikinis with confidence again! While it doesn't COMPLETELY eliminate cellulite, it definitely reduces it and improves appearance. Nivea Body Good-bye Cellulite Smoothing Cellulite Gel-Cream is a must for me!
