It left a whitish residue on my lips, it did not moisturize very well, and it did not last long. On a positive note, it does have SPF 30 and it didn't cause any adverse reaction (I've been allergic to lip balms in the past). But I would not buy it again or recommend it to anyone. Its hard, dry consistency does not moisten lips. The Environmental Working Group gives this product a rating of 5, Moderate Hazard. Don't mind the taste and it does prevent burns. I bought the passion fruit one: maybe that'll taste a bit better.
