This is my second-favorite Nivea balm (the dark blue-tubed Kiss of Moisture is the single greatest lip balm on the planet). It applies easily and effectively moisturizes my lips for hours. It has a little of the tingle associated with "medicated" lip products that soothes chapped skin, but not nearly as intense as that famous brand in the yellow tin, which is one of the reasons I far prefer this balm to the yellow-tinned product. The balm smells like clove, which I love, but if you hate that scent, be aware it is strong. The texture, although a bit waxy, is not heavy, greasy, or shiny.

I love that it has SPF, and it's a great balm to use on a daily basis under lipstick or lipgloss. I keep a tube in my purse at all times. 4.5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended!
