I like to use this stuff in the spring when its warm enough to wear shorts/barelegs but its not quite "lay by the poolside" weather. It gives you a nice glow, if your looking to get realllllly tan you'll have to hit the tanning bed. I like this much better than jergens which smells awful. It has a grapefuity smell to it.

This actually works...slowly...but it works. I don't like the smell of any self tanning products so I use it when I am not going out that day. Put on in the morning and not at bedtime...or your sheets may suffer. Have bought this several times.

It gave me a gorgeous tan and it feels lighter than a jergens gradual tan lotion. Within 2 days I got the gorgeous brazilian tan that I always wanted!

I have fair skin that's extremely sensitive but of course would like a little color in the summer. Self or gradual tanners usually have too many ingredients that irritate. With this I experienced no irritation or redness and only a nice sun kissed look. If you're looking for a dark, sun worshipper transformation....this is not your product. If you want gentle summer color, Nivea is a must.

I wanted a gradual tanner and I went to the store to buy coppertone gradual tan but they didnt have it, so instead I got Nivea because I usually trust that brand. I used it everyday for about a week and i saw no difference in my tan. The lotion itself is nice and doesnt smell as bad as other gradual tanners. Once I realized I wasnt getting any results I just bought the coppertone on drugstore.com and I am so happy with it! I used it all over including my face. I can see result of a nice brown tint the next day when I apply at night, something i couldnt see after using Nivea for a week.
