I love and trust Nivea formulations due to their popularity and longevity in Europe. They use well-tolerated ingredients and I never worry about sensitivities when using Nivea. This gentle cleansing cream feels so luxurious and comfortable on my skin in the morning. I spray my face liberally with a thermal water, then work this cream into my pores with my hands. Feels lovely! This cream minimizes the large pores on my nose by emulsifying the blackheads and leaving my pores decongested and smaller. I tissue this off initially. Then I use a face cloth wrung out in cold water to rinse, exfoliate and close the pores. This cream is in no way oily, it leaves a completely neutral finish on my skin - not dried out or tight, but not particularly moisturized either. Just neutral, clean and ready for the next step.

I used this cleanser every day. Recently I ran out and started using another cleanser from a different company that I had from earlier...however, it was just not doing as great a job as this Nivea Visage. So I ended up ordering more of the Nivea. It has a wonderful scent, too!

I have used cream cleansers over the years to avoid over drying from soap/foaming based cleansers and I expected to finally find an affordable version of what I often had to pay rather heavily for in the past. I am not impressed. First, it smells like I am putting cheap hand lotion on my face. Second, it makes my skin feel tight, even when using a small amount. I think this would be much better suited for a combination skin type, not a gentle/sensitive skin type.

I have been using this product for over 3 weeks now.I use this in the morning and before going to bed, and use it whenever I feel my face is oily. It removes my makeup very well as well, and it smells great. During the day, I do not have to wear any face lotion because this cleanser does the job. It cleans while moisturizing. Though, Nivea did not say this product clears acne, it cleared mine.However, it did not clear my blackheads (and that is not what the product is for). I will always use this product so long as Nivea continues to make it.

I used to use this product at the height of my acne issues when I was attending high school in Canada however I haven't used it as regularly b/c I could not locate it in the US. Every time I visit Canada/Europe or have a friend visiting, I make sure there are a few bottles in the luggage. I was happy to discover drugstore.com. This is great for my dry/sensitive skin. It's light and keeps my skin very clean and blemish free. The only con is that it looks like the formula has changed and there are not as many moisture beads as before.

I have used Nivea Visage cleansing cream for many years,and absolutely loved it. Some how they have changed this product and it is definitely not as good. The little microscrubs are basically gone. I will be looking for a new cleanser!

I have a real problem with dry skin ever since moving to Chicago, not to mention problems I developed with my skin due to all the pollution. I tried many different cleansers over the years here, but none can compare to this one! Even the really expensive department store brands could not balance my skin and cleanse it right like this does. It smells lovely, too. I used to use Nivea products all the time and then the stores slowly discontinued them and I was forced to use other brands, unhappily, until I discovered this website. I only wish that Nivea distributed their deoderant in the US. I bought some when I was in Thailand and fell in love with it - so fresh and clean and lasts all day, even in hot, humid places.

I was extremely dissapointed by this new formula. The amount of microbeads is down to almost nothing. I will never buy this product again.
