Don't waste your money on this thing. I don't know why people say they love it so much. For me, it turned out to be too smooth, so it doesn't provide any friction. I can't even really feel it. I should have stuck with a cheaper rubber product. Unfortunately, I'm out over $100. Hope I can save you from the same mistake I made. Also, the metal on this is so heavy that I'm afraid I will break my pelvic bones while using it. Can you imagine having to explain that to doctor?
