Loved the old version of the SPF 4 Lotion - especially the lack of a lingering smell. For the past several years, my wife and I have purchased the various NO-AD lotions (SPF 4, 15, 30 & 45) exclusively and have been very happy with the products and the results. Last month, we purchased additional SPF 4 and 30 lotion products for our annual vacation to the Caribbean. Upon opening the bottles while on vacation, I noticed this horrible smell coming from the SPF 4 bottle - there was little or no smell from the SPF 30 lotion. For some unexplained reason the SPF 4 product has been re-formulated and now has a disgusting smell that stays with you all day and transfers itself to any clothing that might be worn. I don't understand why the product needed to be re-formulated, it was great as it was. Looks like I might have to find another manufacturer for any SPF 4 lotion- back to the coconut smell I guess! Would not recommend buying the SPF 4 product to anyone until it is returned to its original formulation.

I use this product at the beach, on the lake, or just tanning outside whenever. I have pale skin, green/grey eyes and blonde hair. If I don't use this stuff I burn so bad. But with it I get a deep bronze tan and it looks amazing. :)

Use product daily for overall sun coverage and moisturizer. A bonus is the slight bit of color from it.

I have used this product for YEARS...and I have found that through the years, when MORE protection was necessary for most, the store quit selling the Factor 4. I do not need anything more than 4, and any higher wasn't do me any good. I am happy and very pleased that Factor 4 is still available to purchase for those who want it.

This is the only sunscreen I'll use. The carrot extract gives you a bronzey tan unlike typical sunscreen. It's water resistant so you'll still have to reapply every 2 hours or so, but the tan you get from it is incredible! Plus, at 16 ounces, it's the best deal around!

I couldn't find this product anywhere except drugstore.com. Love it & have used for many years. Like the higher number spf's as well. Great value for the money & works as well or better as much higher priced spf's!

I am SO disappointed that they reformulated this product. It now contains Propylene Glycol, which I am allergic to. I also had used this product for years and especially loved the light scent. It now smells AWFUL and, for me, is simply unusable due to the allergy. Propylene Glycol allergy is fairly common and I am not pleased that they added it without noting the product had been reformulated. It is really a different product in the same packaging. Yuck, it reeks now!!
