I would say the SPF rating of this product is spot on. The key, I think, is reapplying according to the manufacturer's instructions (every 80 minutes), which, at this price, doesn't make me see dollar signs every time I slather it on my body, or tempt me to apply less, or apply it less often. The only bad thing about it is that it has little to no UVA protection. I have a huge handbag and I carry this bottle (yes the whole bottle) around with me to apply and reapply to my neck hands and arms. Perfect for incidental exposure. Pros

Comments about NO-AD Protective Tanning Lotion, SPF 8, 16 fl oz: i have used NO-AD products for two summers now, and haven't had one sunburn. i have used spf30 spf15 and spf8. i like the spf8 best, because i like to tan, but the top of my head burns easily, so i need the protection of the higher spf. the price is great too...compared to the overpriced big name brands. the only downside to this product, is that is hard to find locally....so i order two or three bottles at a time from drugstore.com.......fast delivery, and a great place to do business Pros
