I never would have believe it if I hadn't tried it myself. Thirteen hour time difference and a 24 hour flight and I got there at 10pm, went to bed, woke up in the morning and never stopped! On the way home, I lost my pills under my seat and there was no way to get them out (I'd been bumped up to business class and with all the mechanisms underneath there was no getting them back). So, now I'm home and I have jet lag big-time. I'll definitely use this product again and tell everyone about it! Also, I'll be more careful with it! On my way to the States (a 7 hour difference), I had no problem getting into the time zone, but then again I never usually do. On my way back to Italy I had the same problems I usually do. This item did nothing for me. I am not upset because I planned on returning to work three days after my arrival anyways, but I would have hoped that my days off would have been more productive. The first time I used this is when I traveled from San Diego to Bahrain. I purchased these little magic pills from a pharmacy on a layover at the San Francisco Airport. I bought them because I've been a victim of Jet Lag many a time. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but after all those hours spent traveling I felt much better than the groggy mess that I usually become! My faith grew and once again, I used them on my way back last summer from Djibouti, Africa to San Diego. Again, it worked like nothing I've ever used. I wish I had discovered it when I moved from Hawaii to Germany. It took 3 weeks to get over that jet lag. Now, I use it regularly as I travel from Hawaii to Virginia and back. The taste is amazing as well, it's like taking a sugar pill. What an amazing product. I can't say enough good things about it and I recommend it to my friends all the time!  Pros
