Comments about no!no! Skin Acne Treatment System, 1 ea: I was unable to use this product because DrugStore.com shipped a damaged product. I've sent two requests to customer service with photos showing the damage, both went unanswered. I have never been ignored by customer service anywhere but here. They didn't even acknowledge the issue. The box looked like it had been stored under someones bed for years and the product was obviously used. Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend (1 of 1 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? I did find it somewhat helpful on occasion, but can't possibly give it more than 1 star considering the product died after 11 months. The product supposedly comes with a 1 year warranty. Contacted the manufacturer, will see what happens. This should not happen to a product that costs ~$200. Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Best Uses Comments about no!no! Skin Acne Treatment System, 1 ea: I've been using this for a couple weeks and find that it's not that effective. I've heard that it's most effective if you catch the pimple when it initially forms. I did that and the pimple still continue to grow to maturity. I even used acne medicine in combination with the No No. Out of the 6 new pimples I treated, only 2 were stopped in its tracks. 33% effictive is not great. I still contintue to use it hoping the odds will be get better (even though they won't). I really wished this worked better. Comments about no!no! Skin Acne Treatment System, 1 ea: I don't really have acne, but I have about 1-3 zits at all times and honestly it can definitely bring down my self esteem. I did a lot of research on No No before I bought it due to it's high price, and I am pretty much satisfied. If you use it on an existing pimple it takes 2-3 days for them to go away, which is great, but by no means a miracle. But if you use it before the pimple has actual enflamed, the light/heat will basically stop it in it's tracks, which is awesome! Comments about no!no! Skin Acne Treatment System, 1 ea: if you have breakout-prone skin this is definitely worth adding to your arsenal. follow the directions and it works really well! be vigilant with new breakouts and you will notice a difference in how long they're around, and some will never even make it to the surface if you treat them quick enough. there was one spot i used it where it blistered, but i've used it a million times and it only happened once, and i think maybe i accidentally treated it too many times. overall TOTALLY worth the money. a much better treatment than any salicylic acid, BP, or sulfur I've ever used.
