(I tried these, and personally thought they were too fishy to chew, but they'd sure be easier to swallow whole than adult sized ones, if any adults need an easier-to-swallow option). However you have to take FOUR everyday to get the recommended amount. Between 2 kids that bottle isn't going to last us very long. It has a good taste though and the kids love to take it. I found this brand of arctic cod liver oil, wild, and third party tested for metal contaminants. I was pleased with the high quality. They are easy to take since they are small round gel capsules and burst with a strawberry scent. He takes them to help with ADHD. It is part of a larger regimen. On the other hand, I haven't found an omega product yet that son #3 will take. I agree with the other reviewer that the squirty oil is no good and my son tried (but can't) to swallow it whole. Guess that's what I'll be doing...right now...I'm not getting the great strawbery taste...oh, it's better at the end. I used to give it to him in the evenings but started giving it to him at breakfast and it is the only thing I can relate to his change in attitude at school. His teachers have commented on how well he is doing and if there is something different. I reccomend this to anyone. Great price too!
