Bought these last year and have been taking them ever since. I have arthritis/joint pain and swelling and I started taking these after reading that it was good for helping. Researched many brands and this one had best stats. After taking it for a month I realized my joints weren't aching so bad in the morning (and sometimes not at all) when I 'd get up:) Of course it's not a cure or anything but my mornings are better and that's big deal for me.
Amazingly this has helped reduce my joint pain with daily dose. Ive taken prescription meds like prednisone etc for arthritis but I hate side effects and nothing ever seems to *really* help. Until I started taking these! I still have pain but mostly in bad weather or random flare-up, and it's no longer as terrible on a daily basis.
