Bought these last year and have been taking them ever since. I have arthritis/joint pain and swelling and I started taking these after reading that it was good for helping. Researched many brands and this one had best stats. After taking it for a month I realized my joints weren't aching so bad in the morning (and sometimes not at all) when I 'd get up:) Of course it's not a cure or anything but my mornings are better and that's big deal for me.

Amazingly this has helped reduce my joint pain with daily dose. Ive taken prescription meds like prednisone etc for arthritis but I hate side effects and nothing ever seems to *really* help. Until I started taking these! I still have pain but mostly in bad weather or random flare-up, and it's no longer as terrible on a daily basis. Obviously it's not a flippin' cure but man, it has really changed my life by making my joints feel more my age instead of like an old person.

At a conference for natural foods, I was at a session on oils, wherein they explained that NORDIC exercised caution not to destroy the oils' natural state which would render it useless. Lemon Flavor helps the after-taste.
