This is the 3rd year I've been taking the Nordic 3-6-9 fish oil. I am also pregnant this year. That doesn't stop me at all! I also purchased Nordic Natural's Prenatal DHA formula and just take them both. I've loved the 3-6-9 for what it does to my skin condition, overall mood calming. I'm taking this for the rest of my life!

There are many studies showing benefits from using this type of product and I trust the quality of this brand, however I've given these to my husband and taken them myself and not seen any measurable difference. Maybe one needs to double the recommended dosage, I don't know.

This product was recommended for my wife. I started taking in and lowered my cholesterol. I cannot find it for less anywhere.

I was taking 2 of these a day & my good cholesterol went up by 10 points. My naturopath then recommended 4 a day to help raise it more. (My bad cholesterol is fine, but because my good isn't high enough, my ratio isn't great.) I've been taking 4 a day for a few months now & at the 1 month mark I had already gained some additional good cholesterol! I'm not a fish eater so this is my only real source of fish oil & unlike other fish oil products this doesn't have a fishy taste at all!
