I started out using this one, then I tried other Nordic Natural products. It's been almost 2.5 years of regular use. I notice many different benefits I've never experienced with other fish oil. i.e. better skin, better mood, breath better when I exercise, more alert at work and it definitely help me speak better for some reason. I chose this brand because it seemed the most complete. I have not noticed any side effects and my mood has been stable. I enjoy the peace of mind of knowing I am doing something good for myself and my health. I would recommend this brand to others.
