I give to my 10 year old and very picky 5 1/2 year old. They never complain. They love the lemon flavor. I give one at breakfast and one with dinner. I heard you are to take some vitamins before bed also. my 10 year old has been using since he was 8 years old and my five year old since she was 4 years old. I rarly write a review cause i dont like the product after a week, but these vitamins seem to work!!!

I've taken many different types of fish oil but never have taken one like this. I started out using this one, then I tried other Nordic Natural products. It's been almost 2.5 years of regular use. I notice many different benefits I've never experienced with other fish oil. i.e. better skin, better mood, breath better when I exercise, more alert at work and it definitely help me speak better for some reason.

I take this twice a day and I never have any fishy burps. It doesn't have that fishy odor either. I have tried several brands of omega fish oils and this is the best by far.

These gels are easy to take, two a day, and no aftertaste. My college kids were home for spring break and asked to take a bottle to take with them. Need I say more?

This brand was suggested by my MD as a supplement to my vitamins. I have noticed better skin, but I am taking it to help my overall mind and body.

This formula doesn't have any "aftereffects" and calms down back pain a bit. Also have more energy when I take Omega's. Recommend this formula for anyone with sensitive stomach.

I started taking fish oils because I heard it helps with your mood, among other things. I chose this brand because it seemed the most complete. I have not noticed any side effects and my mood has been stable. I enjoy the peace of mind of knowing I am doing something good for myself and my health. I would recommend this brand to others.
